Reading the Asset
3 horse archetypes (ex-racehorse, unbacked, Legacy Matrix), readiness indicators, nutrition/turnout variables, conformation analysis, 6-step acquisition checklist. Scenario-based assessment.
The Sovereign Handshake
Groundwork; TMJ protocols, fascial hydration assessment, sacroiliac joint activation, response recognition (blink, swallow, lip wiggling, shake-off); '5-Gate Pre-Flight Check' video assessment.
The Liquid Dish
Rider biomechanics ('dish' model): initiation physics, deceleration mechanics, gravitational hierarchy, nervous-system freezing patterns, shoulder/elbow/jaw biomechanics, vagal reset. 80% pass mark.
The Sovereign Sequence
Hierarchy pelvis→leg→rein; lateral steering via centripetal force; parasympathetic reset circles; 20-minute session template; '48-Hour Save Button' recovery protocol.
The 12-Week Master Timeline
Weeks 1–4 Neurological Recruitment; week 5 neurological handover; weeks 6–12 Physical Hypertrophy; months 3–6 Generalisation; months 6–9 structural hardening; quarterly audits.

The Sovereign System's specific applied protocols are Champion Pride Equestrian's own methodology, built on that research foundation.
